We are the leaving care team in West Sussex. Our job is to make sure all care leavers are supported to leave care and feel ready for independence.

You’re entitled to an advocate! An advocate is an independent person who helps you speak up for yourself. They also give advice, make you aware of your rights, listen to you and represent your views, wishes and feelings.
